Ms. Kellogg's landmark work coaching educators, families and communities at the Kellogg Child Development Center changed the landscape of early childhood education in the United States during the 1990's. The American Academy of Political and Social Science used her "Kellogg Model" as the case study for high quality early care and education in the May 1999 issue of their Annals. This model is now taught and used by educators and pedagogical communities internationally.
