Chaplaincy/Grief Counseling

I was trained as a Nondenominational Chaplain in the spring of 2003 by Hospital Chaplaincy Services in Santa Rosa, California. After many years of volunteering at various AIDS Projects and doing different types of Hospice work, I realized that I wanted more formal training as a spiritual counselor. The training I received was in a nondenominational context and allows me to be of service in my community in a way that is profoundly moving for me. Being able to sit and hold someone's hand and provide a brief moment of comfort during some of life's most difficult times is a gift I feel honored to be able to give.
